4 primary ways God speaks- ask the Holy Spirit to make Himself known to you so you recognize His voice!
John 6:44 - 44 King Jesus said, no man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him through the Holy Spirit...
- The primary way the Holy Spirit speaks is through His Word. If what you hear contradicts the Word, that's not the Holy Spirit.
- Feeler Way (empath) - He communicates with you through feeling things. Discern the source of what you feel as things come from Light Good Source or Evil Dark Source. Test it against the Word of God. Application Action: Always ask the Holy Spirit is this Him and what He wants you to do with the feeling.
- Seer Way - He communicates through images, visions, dreams or open visions and closed visions. Not every vision in your mind is from the Holy Spirit. His images will always glorify God and they align to the Word only! Some images are for intercession. Application Action: Ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and ask for meaning. The enemy can put images in mind to distract you.
- Hearer Way - He communcates through words, sound, hear in mind and crystal clear in spirit, and audible voice but rare. He will whisper warnings and corrections in your spirit. His voice has a distinct quality and never contradicts scripture. His voice is gentle, brings peace, not condeming and points you to King Jesus always the Word. He speaks in a language you understand. Application Action: Practice listening, sit quietly and ask questions and listen for His answers.
- Knower Way (Word of Knowledge - 1 Cor 12:8) - He communicates through an inner knowing revelation without knowing how you know them in your spirit. You just suddenly know something you didn't know before. Understanding of scripture beyond what you know. For example, you can be in a conversation and know what they need to hear, walk into a situation and really know what's going on spiritually. The Holy Spirit downloads information into your spirit when you are a Knower-supernatural revelation. Application Action: Trust what you know and act on it, don't dismiss it when it aligns to God's word. Test with scriptures it will bear fruit, if not the Holy Spirit will correct you.
