The Lord has been teaching me about His Kingdom ways - setting the captives FREE by our authority and power through Christ Jesus Our King!
Most people refer to this as DELIVERANCE!
My introduction to DELIVERANCE was October 2023 when I went to a church service with my parents and noticed the minister was coming against the devil with a mighty power and authority I had never seen, setting people FREE from anxiety and depression demonic spirits. I told my father I would come back and visit this ministry because something was different. Later on I found out by talking to my father that this was a DELIVERANCE ministry. I asked my father what that was and he tried to explain, but the Holy Spirit, days later encountered me by waking me up, speaking in tongues, and asking the "Angel of the Lord" which is God, to protect my husband and brother-in-love as I sensed they were near death. That night I could sense darkness for the first time in my house and I tried everything from googling spiritual warfare prayers and saying them to finally asking Alexa to play worship music. When the first song came on called "Speak the Name of Jesus" came on by Koryn Hawthorne and Natalie Grant I could sense the darkness subsiding and I felt the peace of God to go back to sleep - knowing my husband and brother-in-love were safe. The next day I woke up somewhat angry, asking God how the devil came for me and my family the day before and why I didn't know how to fight him after going to a church service almost every Sunday for over 25 years. I heard this still small voice inside (which I now know is the Holy Spirit's voice) telling me to intercede. I told God I don't know what that is. A few days later, I was moved to go back to that powerful Deliverance ministry and after the service they were trying to sign people up for Bible Study. I asked, what are you teaching and they said, "Intercessory Prayer". I was shocked, and every Thursday night at 8pm for 7 months I would go to learn not only about Intercessory prayer but also that the Holy Spirit was inside me and wanted me to Trust Him with all my heart, Don't lean into my own understanding, Acknowledge Him in all my ways and let Him Direct my path - Proverbs 3:5,6. I can honestly say on 10/8/26 that was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Not only did I learn how to intercede; now the Spirit of the Lord is upon me; He has anointed me to preach the Kingdom of God gospel to the poor in spirit, heal the brokenhearted, deliver the captives, restore sight to the blind and set free those in bondage - Luke 4:18 (Exactly what King Jesus did when He walked the earth in His human vessel body).
The attached is a page from the Deliverance book below that helps you understand how demons (evil spirits) affect the soul (mind, will and emotions) to prevent us from walking in the fruit of the Holy Spirit - Gal 5:22 - Love, Peace, Joy, Patience, Gentleness, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness and Self-Control. If you are not led by the Holy Spirit, you CANNOT produce this type of behavior consistently in your life under any set of circumstances.
